SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Changes in City Expert work mode
The state of emergency implies changes from hour to hour. New safety measures for containing the COVID-19 virus spread in Serbia is the restriction of general population movement from 5 pm to 5 am as well as closing and limiting the work hours of marketplaces, malls, bakeries, and other retail spaces. City Expert had to make some changes, too.
As of today, City Expert photographers don't do the fieldwork.
From the beginning of the last week, all the City Experts' employees started working remotely, from their homes, except photographers. In line with the situation, City Expert has made the decision not to send photographers on visits. It was a necessary and a tough decision to make because the core of our business and our trademark is the best property presentation on the market.
And we can credit our photographers and media team for it. Our photographers visited every property and took professional photographs and a video. Then the media team processed the photo and video materials to bring together a unique media presentation, consisting of photos, video, and an interactive floor plan connected with a 360° view of every room. But now, we have to ask you to work with us and to take photos and make a video of your property by yourself.

If you're a property owner and you wish to advertise it on cityexpert.rs, here you can find all the info: general about preparing your property for the photoshoot, a specific guide through a photoshoot, as well as a form for sending your media materials to us.
We're still here for all of you
In these uncertain times, all of us need to show solidarity. We know our users make a living out of renting. And some of our users are looking for an apartment to rent in Belgrade or Novi Sad.
All of the City Experts' employees still work as always, on workdays, in regular business hours. In Belgrade, you can reach our customer support and sales agents every workday, from 9 am to 8 pm, phone number 011 44 26 000, and in Novi Sad from 10 am to 6 pm, phone number 021 3 400 400.
We are going to continue working as long as it is possible, and we'll inform you as soon as we make any changes on time, like always.
