This apartment (56m²) is located on the first floor of a brand new building. It's unfurnished and can be used as an office space. The layout is typical for a new-build and has two bedrooms and an open space living room with a kitchen. The maximum number of tenants is four.
500 €/month Four-bedroom apartment in Adamovićevo naselje
This duplex (98m²) is on the fifth floor of a new building (2010), and it is excellent for a family with a pet. It is furnished and completely renovated last year. Besides a functional layout, it comes with a beautiful balcony and an additional storage space in the basement. The parking space is included.

This spacious duplex (106m²) is located on the fifth and the sixth floor of a new building (2010). It is unfurnished, so it's a perfect solution for tenants who own furniture and plan a more extended stay. It has three separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and two toilets. The heating is central. We like the fact that the rooms in the upper part have the standard ceiling height, without slanted walls.
Studio (24m²) in the city center is located in a new building (2015). If you're a social butterfly who needs a flat just for sleep, this is the right choice for you. Everything is neatly arranged in one room. Great for one person, and the maximum number of tenants is two. It has a parking space.
